|
o Analyzes and documents system and business requirements o Documents detail design to program specification level, based on requirements o Organizes and participates in meetings with user groups and other IT areas in order to design efficient and effective production systems o Participates in the maintenance of the existing computer system, the development of new systems and any major enhancements to existing systems utilizing AllFusion 2/E (previously Synon/2E) o Generates required test databases, conducts and reports on Unit tests, System tests and Integration tests o Provides support and assistance to user community during User Acceptance testing o Provides accurate and timely analysis of problems identified during User Acceptance testing o Provides implementation and post implementation support o Will be involved in project coordination, task and resource assignments, will be expected to work as part of a team and manage people in a team, work to deadlines, provide accurate estimates to complete tasks, and work to design and development standards o Should be proficient in Query and/or SQL tools and able to read COBOL sufficient to debug generated programs o Should be proficient in CL language
