Job Description
BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST
One of our finacial clients is looking to hire a Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry. Having Business Process management tools experience is a must (casewise or Aris is preferred and has worked within one asset class environment.
Collaborate with process owners to model business processes and data flows
· Design and optimize business processes and data flows to support the business transformation
· Support the implementation of new functions with process and organizational design
Requirements:
· 5+ years’ experience in process analysis, business analysis, or program management in a financial services organization; some consulting experience preferred
· Experience in activity and data modeling
· Expertise in Visio and MS Office products; MS Project a plus
· Experience with one or more process design tools such as Casewise or Aris preferred; experience with BPM tools such as PMNsoft, Appian, or Pega a plus
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong analytical skills
· Ability to function in a complex business environment
· Ability to build strong collaborative working relationships
