Job Description

LEVEL 2 DESKTOP SUPPORT

 

Requirements:

 

Well versed in Microsoft Office suite of applications  ver 2010
Windows 7 certified. Windows 8 and / or MAC (Apple OS) basic knowledge
Basic knowledge using Active Directory.
Strong customer service and analytical skills.
Several years (3-5) of 1st level and 2nd level Call Center experience.
Experienced dealing with a high volume of calls and problems reported by high end users.
Must work well with others, be customer focused, a team player, positive attitude, and have excellent communication skills.

Basic knowledge of SCCM , Manage Print Service , Multi Function Copiers, Lotus Notes and Impravata
Knowledge of Black Berries , I phones and Good for Enterprise 
Citrix for connections to virtual platforms (troubleshooting)+.
ITIL and /or HDI certification and /or general knowledge+
Bloomberg support for Treasury Business Customers (set - up , configuration and support)+
