IT MANAGER
One of our retail clients is searching for an IT Manager with 5+ years of related experience to join their team.
Responsibilities will include:
Support Windows 7/10 and Mac desktops in a 100+ user environment (including remote users)
Manage printers and phone system
Network, phone system, servers, storage, firewall, security, ERP, MS Office
SonicWall Firewall/SRA
Dell Switches
AppAssure backup, off-site DR
Windows 2008, 2012 Servers - physical and virtual
Windows 7/10 and Mac desktops, laptops, tablets
Office 365 administration, SharePoint, Skype(Lync)
Full understanding of ERP systems
Strong ability to generate reports using Crystal Reports or SQL
Experience with Magento, 3PL, and integrating with an ERP
Prior experience managing developers/consultants for ERP customizations
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
Skilled at working with users in all departments and people at different organizational levels
Experience managing all components of IT Infrastructure
Vendor management
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
