Senior Business Analyst

 

Mandatory experience and capabilities:

 

·                     Working independently to produce specifications from source materials and subject matter experts, including functional requirements, user interface specifications, and application programming interface specifications.

 

·                     Experience with applications (familiar with trading interfaces, API, market data)

 

·                     Financial market experience

 

·                     Knowledge of the FIX protocol or other trading system interface protocols

 

·                     Strong verbal and written communication skills

 

 

 

Additional experience in the following areas will be considered:

 

·         Ability to produce design artifacts using Unified Modeling Language, flow charts, sequence diagrams or other design notation

 

·         Ability to understand and create formal use cases

 

·         Experience with credit or risk systems

 

·         Knowledge of front, middle, and/or back office business operations in a financial markets setting

 

·         Understanding of order processing, market data, post trade use cases
