- Reviews Business Requirements and writes test strategies, test plans and scripts 
- Conducting testing before and during the User Acceptance Testing phase
-Track, manage and report on test cases and defects.
- Documentation of test Results as well as their Issues and resolution
- Communicate and work with developers and technical team leads, as well as interact with the business units.

Must have knowledge:
- Strong grasp of IT terminology
- Basic knowledge of Banking and the Financial Services industry

Technical Skills:
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including: PowerPoint, Excel and Word are required
- Basic working knowledge of SQL, Crystal Reports and operating systems in use
