Job Description

VP, Infrastructure and Operations Manager responsible for planning, organizing, and managing staff and operations to ensure the efficient, stable and secure operation of the Bank's IT infrastructure. This involves developing, maintaining, supporting, optimizing and monitoring key functional areas, particularly voice & data networks, server & storage infrastructure, Data center services and all core services, including databases, middleware and 3rd party tools.

The incumbent will schedule, direct and participate in activities to diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion. .

The candidate will report to the Chief Information Officer and will work closely with decision makers in other departments in order to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the Bank.

Responsibilities:

Systems Administration of IBM Mainframe (z/OS), IBM unix and MS Windows operating systems.
Network (LAN/WAN) design and support.
IT and Datacenter operations.
Server & network monitoring and management tools.
A considerable knowledge of multiple platforms consolidation and ITIL concepts required
