DATA CENTER MANAGER

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

· Monitor systems health and availability and automate notification of systems administrators of issues as they arise.

· Monitor Data Center environmental conditions HVAC and Electric and assure appropriate parties are notified of deviations from norm.

· Allocation Data Center space as needed for business and project needs in accordance to Data Center standards and controls.

· Administrative and application support for monitoring, Data Center and Operations tools including SiteScan, BMC Patrol/Portal/Control-M. Includes Installation, configuration, and Upgrades of tools and Agents.

· Develop and maintain Data Center Standards and Controls to meet global standards.

· Review 3^rd party maintenance contracts and proposals and recommend revisions thereto to assure that they meet or exceed current needs of the bank. Co-ordinate scheduling of maintenance activities for metro area sites.

· Recommend changes and upgrades to the Data Center to facilitate growth and/or changes to our environment and coordinate implementation of same.

· Coordinate with building management on building events impacting the Data Center and for granting requisite access to service providers
