TIVOLI SYSTEMS ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and maintain the IBM Tivoli Based Monitoring Infrastructure. Participates in Change Management activities and provides technical support for planned and upcoming changes across the various SDLC technology environments. Manage and maintain the HP Asset Manager, Connect-IT and DDMI infrastructure. Manage the globalops web site that utilizes linux, mysql, perl, cgi, html, javascript. Manage the Systems Dependency Tool and other scripts/dashboards for recovery. Manage and maintain reports/scripts written in perl. Manage and maintain the Bladelogic Infrastructure. Manage and maintain the Aperture Infrastructure. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and at least six or more years experience in systems administration and computer operations, with increasing administrative and technical responsibilities or an equivalent in education and work experience. SUMMARY OF SKILLS REQUIRED 5+ years of OS experience. 3+ years of Perl/php/scripting experience. Experience with the setup/maintenance of an IBM Tivoli monitoring system (TADDM/TBSM/ITM/ITNM/Omnibus etc). Experience with HP Asset Manager, DDMI, Connect-IT, Bladelogic for Servers, Aperture Experience with syslog, snmp based monitoring. Experience with SQL queries, mysql or other databases.
