Job Description
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER As part of the function this position will be responsible for: Developing and managing the Project Management Office (PMO). This would include: · Establishment of common practices and minimum standards, · Creating customer (internal) relationship maps for individual projects in conjunction with the project owner, The ideal candidate will have Project management experience both in a group and across groups, · Direct interaction customer experience, · Use in defining and using metrics to track progress and for feedback, · Experience with budgeting, · Managing quality deliverables, · ITIL knowledge, · Experience with CMM a plus, · Project Management Professional (PMP,) certification a plus Interpersonal skills, general managerial skills, technical skills are all required.
