JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Help Desk/Desktop Specialist provides first/second level end user support for hardware & software for internal customers.

Duties include software installs, hardware installs, imaging, permission modifications and OS installations.

Will ensure issues are resolved or escalated in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of customer service, provide technical documentation, enforce and update policies and procedures and maintain up to date records.

Minimum 3 years experience working in a desktop hardware, software and/or technical support help desk environment supporting all Windows operating systems.

You must have a valid drivers license and have a car.
