Job Description

Responsible for the analysis of project requirements and the development of technical specifications. perform the role of Project Coordinator for projects.

This candidate must have experience with all phases of application programming including development, testing, debugging and implementing code .

Has demonstrated knowledge in the software implementation lifecycle (SILC).

•.NET Framework 3.5, SQL Server, C#, .NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Interoperability, Threading, WebServices, File System.

• Experience in both Windows & Web applications.

• SQL Server 2005: Stored Procedures, User Defined Functions, Views, Indexes.

• Crystal Reports for Visual Studio .NET 2008.

• XML, XSL experience required

• In depth knowledge of IBM WebSphere, WebSeal, Tivoli Access Manager (TAM), PKI, Digital Certificates, HTTP and SSL

• Demonstrated business and technical knowledge, project management experience a plus.

• Demonstrated strong analytical and communication skills

• Mainframe knowledge a plus Education, Training or Certification: Degree in a technical discipline or related experience preferred
