YARDI BUSINESS ANALYST

One of our national clients is seeking a Yardi Business Analyst to use the Yardi Voyager software. The analyst will assist the business area with changing requirements and system enhancements. You will also be responsible for partnering with others to develop solutions to resolve tech and business issues. This position is a hybrid position, and you MUST be able to work in the NY office 3 days a week.

2-4 years of Yardi Voyager experience with residential property management
Knowledge of Yardi Voyager software add-on modules (Rent Café, Payment processing, Concierge, etc.)
Experience working within a helpdesk/support environment
Strong SQL experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Software documentation and training experience is highly desired
Highly organized, with attention to detail
Ability to prioritize the demands of third parties
Natural ability to take ownership, act with a sense of urgency, and accept challenges
