INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT SPECIALIST
One of our healthcare clients is seeking someone with 5+ years of technical experience as an Infrastructure Support Specialist to be part of a team that will be responsible for implementing datacenter technology solutions such as enterprise-class storage systems, new VMware builds, and upgrades, knowledge of Active Directory, datacenter physical environment (racks, servers, blade systems, fiber cabling, UPS, PDU systems). This position is a Hybrid position and you must be in the office at least 2 days per week. Therefore you must live in the NY/NJ Metro area and be able to commute to the office.
As part of the team you will be responsible to help support installing, supporting, and maintaining IT infrastructure technologies such as Exchange o365, servers, storage, Citrix, VMWare, and AD Azure SSO, data center operations, and group policy creation planning for and responding to service outages and other problems. Assists project teams with technical issues, technical analyses, and support of the IT infrastructure.
Qualifications
- At least five years of previous experience is a must and any healthcare industry experience is a plus. Knowledge of and experience with client/server technology is needed.
- Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA), Certified Citrix Administrator (CCA), and VMWare Certified Professional (VCP) are pluses.
